Clear Balance
Clear Balance is a Telegram bot for small Israeli businesses that keeps the receipts behind their VAT return. You send it a photo or a PDF of a receipt, it reads the merchant, the company number, the invoice number, the date, the total and the currency, shows you what it read so you can correct it, and files the receipt in your team's book.

What it does
- Add a receipt from a photo, a PDF, a gallery selection of several, or the attachments of a connected mailbox.
- Sum a period: what the team paid and what it was paid, before and after VAT, and the VAT balance at the rate in force each day.
- Search the book by date, merchant, invoice number or amount, and open the receipt's own picture.
- Download the book as a spreadsheet, one sheet for payouts and one for income.
Receipts from email
In Settings you can connect a Gmail, Outlook or IMAP mailbox. The bot then reads the folders you choose, from the date you choose, and offers you the attachments that look like receipts, one at a time, for the same review as a photo gets. It only ever reads; nothing in the mailbox is changed, marked or deleted. How that data is handled is set out in the privacy policy.
Teams and languages
A team is a business. Its receipts live in a database of their own, and a person can belong to several teams. The bot and the Mini App speak English, Hebrew and Russian.
